Rocky Harmon - Head Coach, Owner - Began cheering in college where he participated in the NCA nationals with his squad all 3 years.  He began coaching at the Cheerworks program immediately following graduation from college.  Rocky is entering his 10th  year of coaching.  Despite holding degrees in both math and computer science and a masters in computer science, he chose to open the Carolina Cheer Center and began the Carolina Elite All-Stars.
Lauren Hodge - Assistant Coach - Currently the coach at Eastern Guilford Middle School, Lauren joined our staff two years ago after working with our program for several years.  Lauren heads our Younger squads in addition to helping out in Burlington.
David Murphy - Parent Coach - Joined the program five years ago when his daughter began cheering.  Always available and caring for the girls as if they were his own, he has earned their respect.  David's jobs include tumbling, coaching, as well as giving the coaches a parents perspective on things.
Michelle Corum - Assistant Coach - Currently the coach at Holmes Middle School, Michelle joined our squad last year.  Michelle heads up our Younger squads in Eden in addition to helping out in Eden.
Noelle Crist - Assistant Coach - Former gymnast and Carolina Elite cheerleader.  Noelle has been with our program for 10 years with only a short break for college before transferring closer to home.  Noelle is an assistant coach in Burlington in addition to doing choreography.
Amy Whitt - Assistant Coach - Amy's background includes cheering through middle school, high school, all-stars, in addition stints at both UNC-Chapel Hill and UNC-Wilmington, and awards too lengthy to mention.  She currently holds a BS in Biology, a BS in Nursing, and a BA in Chemistry.  Amy is returning to us as a coach after transferring away to finish college.
Erica Barr - Camp Director - Erica has been with Carolina Elite for 10 years and is only now leaving us as she heads off to college.  As a result her job is shifting from a competitive cheerleader to a camp director, a job she is well suited for after teaching camps for the past 4 years on our staff.
Anne Garfinkle - Tumbling Instructor - Former gymnast and cheerleader entering her fourth year teaching with the program.  Anne is currently entering her Senior year at Elon University where she is majoring in Sports Medicine.  Anne is USGA certified with over 10 years of experience
Carla Huffman - Tumbling Instructor - Director of Health and Fitness at the YMCA where her jobs include teaching tumbling. Carla is a former gymnast who has been teaching for over 20 years. She brings a wealth of tumbling experience to the program.
